Mastering Implant Surgery and Prosthetic Rehabilitation
A complete clinical program guiding you from diagnosis and digital planning to surgical execution and prosthetic delivery — including hands-on experience on real patients.
Mastering Implant Surgery & Prosthetic Rehabilitation: from Theory to Clinical Practice
Theoretical Foundation & Digital Planning
This module builds a solid clinical foundation, starting from anatomical evaluation and implant indications.
Following a crown-down approach, participants will define the ideal prosthetic outcome and evaluate the future free gingival margin, determining whether regenerative procedures are required.
Particular emphasis is placed on prosthetically driven planning, with the analysis of different clinical scenarios, including immediate post-extraction implants, healed sites, and soft and hard tissue management.
Key techniques include connective tissue grafts, free gingival grafts, and horizontal and vertical bone regeneration.
Clinical Application & Surgery on Patients
The second phase represents the core of the program, where participants apply the knowledge acquired during the first module in a real clinical setting.
Clinicians will plan and execute clinical cases, from patient evaluation and surgical planning to the surgical procedure itself, concluding with the delivery of provisional restorations where applicable.
Under faculty supervision, participants will gain direct experience in managing real cases, translating theory into practice through a structured and predictable workflow.
This clinical application consolidates the concepts learned and provides the confidence needed to integrate these techniques into daily practice.

A Comprehensive Journey from Theory to Clinical Mastery
This course is designed to provide a comprehensive and integrated approach to implant surgery and prosthetic rehabilitation through a fully digital clinical workflow.
The journey begins with the creation of the Digital Patient, a complete digital reconstruction of the patient’s anatomical and facial data.
By integrating facial scans, intraoral scans, and CBCT imaging, participants will learn how to analyze and simulate the ideal prosthetic outcome before any surgical intervention.
This facially driven approach represents the foundation for biologically and prosthetically guided treatment planning, enabling full control of the final result.
A central focus of the course is dynamic navigated surgery, allowing real-time implant placement with high precision, improving intraoperative control and predictability.
The prosthetic phase is further enhanced through photogrammetry, a high-accuracy technique for implant position registration, ensuring optimal passive fit in full-arch rehabilitations.
This digital workflow enables a seamless transition from surgery to prosthesis, minimizing adjustments and maximizing predictability.
The program culminates in a clinical phase held at Santos University, where participants apply the digital workflow in a real patient setting, performing surgical procedures and managing the transition from planning to provisional restoration delivery under faculty supervision.
The course is designed not only to teach techniques, but to develop a modern clinical approach based on precision, control, and digital integration.
Session 1: Sassuolo, Italy
Date: June 23-26, 2026
